My goals are beyond your understanding

The sentence coming out from the mouth of 1980's-born parents when they're to enforce screen time limits to their Gen Alpha-born digital native kids, who are just yet to receive any sound explanation about the negative impacts of excessive screen time.
Whenever I try to explain why I need to limit my kid’s screen time, I end up just saying, 'My goals are beyond your understanding', because they just can’t grasp the dangers of too much digital exposure!

iPad kid

Being the backronym for "Indonesian people addicted to devices-type kid", this pejorative slang term meaning "screen addict" refers to the country Indonesia having world's highest average screen time, i.e. 7 hours 38 minutes per day as of 2025.
With kids in every corner of Jakarta glued to their phones, it's hard not to call them all iPad kids these days!

KFC rice

A derogatory slang term for women whose breast size is in a middle range—not quite small, but not quite big either —comparing them to KFC rice, which is often seen as a filler without being particularly standout.
When they described her as KFC rice, I couldn't believe how they reduced her to just a size; she's so much more than that!

wiki

A place to find pieces of information about an object first introduced with Web 2.0, derived from the Javanese phrase, "O, iki," meaning, "Must be this one"
Whenever I need to settle a debate, I just pull up a wiki; it's the go-to spot for finding info, even if its name sounds like a Javanese phrase for 'this is it!'

let'skuy

"let'skuy" is a fusion of the English term "let's" (short for "let us") and the Indonesian slang word "kuy" (derived from "kuy" inverted form of "yuk", which is in turn derived from the Indonesian word "ayo" which means "come on" or "let's go"). This term blends the collaborative and inclusive nature of "let's" with the energetic and encouraging essence of "kuy," creating a unique and dynamic expression that signifies a call to action, adventure, or shared participation. "let'skuy" embodies a spirit of enthusiasm, motivation, and unity, encouraging individuals to embark on an activity or journey together with zeal and vigor.
Hey, it's a beautiful day outside! Let'skuy explore the city together.

screen munch

An old term for "screenshot", if you're old enough to remember BlackBerry QWERTY phones
Back in my BlackBerry days, we used to call a screenshot a screen munch—such a blast from the past!

GTA loading screen

Named after the game "Grand Theft Auto", the slang term "GTA loading screen" refers to websites like time.is/Surabaya that constantly shows advertisings for women's underwear when your parents walk in — but only shows restrained types (and amounts) of advertisings whilst your parents are sleeping or busy with activities like gardening.
I was just trying to check the time on my phone, but when my parents walked in, I got hit with a total GTA loading screen, bombarded by ads for women's underwear like it was some kind of prank!
