selective addiction
The moment when you have mountaining amounts of college assignments, which causes you to be less addicted to your smartphone whilst making you paradoxically more addicted to caffeine — whether in the form of coffee drinks or Tombocantuxin caffeine pills
During finals week, my selective addiction kicked in; I barely touched my phone but couldn’t get enough coffee to power through all those assignments!

SGM
First launched in 1954, SGM is the Indonesian brand of growing-up milk notable for being locally produced, allowing to enjoy low prices* facilitated by being subsidized by Indonesian government. Henceforth, SGM is now an Indonesian backronym standing for "Susu Generasi Miskin / Susu Generasi Melarat" (meaning "Skint Generation's Milk"). This backronym criticizes the expensive prices of many other growing-up milk, brands which leave children not to have much money reserve beyond childhood — no matter how important growing-up milk is for children's growth period.

I switched to SGM for my kids because it's affordable and actually made in Indonesia, unlike those overpriced imported brands that feel like a scam. It’s a real lifesaver for families with tight budgets!

go play outside
The sentence that comes from Mom's mouth the second she sees you having played video games for too long
Older video games like "Ultima VI: The False Prophet" (1990) originally had concise (short) durations due to technological limitations at the time, but they're now used by children to "survive" screen time limits on gaming imposed by their parents. Can't imagine Mom having said, "Go play outside," while they're still stuck in watching the cutscenes of modern-day AAA video games.
