Alter Identity Syndrome (ALTIDS)
(Similar terms: outcast / alienation syndrome. Imposter spirit or phantom body syndrome)
A lifelong condition where you have one or more different identities from your physical body, but neither meet the diagnostic criteria for psychosis, dissociative identity disorder (DID) or other specified dissociative disorder. Nor it is just an alter ego or buisiness persona. Also, it can't be explained by any disorder in the DSM. (Just its own unique condition).

(Notes:
ALTIDS isn't a psychotic illness, but a unique way of thinking, perceiving, expressing and identifying.
Unlike psychosis, in ALTIDS, you kind of believe the alter is real, but know it's not physical. You are still very much grounded in reality around you.
Unlike an alter ego or buisiness persona, in ATLIDS, you strongly identity with your alter/s all or most of the time-not just for your buisiness and kind of believe it's real, while staying grounded in the reality around you as I mentioned before.
Unlike DID, ALTIDS can form during adolescents / adulthood and isn't necessarily caused by trauma, including during childhood).

Phantasia Syndrome
A rare lifelong condition where someone often effortlessly and realistically hallucinates on purpose, without drugs to brainstorm or stimulate themselves, but knows that their delusions aren't necessarily real.
(Although phantasia can be thrill-seeking, it can become addictive and sometimes make it difficult to focus or lead to migranes, hence why it can be classified as a disorder).

When someone identifies as Roman even when their recent cultural heritage wasn't necessarily from Rome.
(e.g: That Calabrian has Roman identity dysphoria: They think they are a Roman and they aren't even from Rome)

Percy Jackson Syndrome
When you think and act like Percy Jackson-Also, have similar demigod perspective & problems to him. Lastly, are obsessed with all things Percy Jackson. (Could also be called demigod syndrome)

A gender identity where someone associates with being a woman, dresses and behaves like one, but sometimes acts or thinks masculine. They often strongly dislike toxic men & can have any sexual orientation.
(Notes: They might be into combat sports. Act loud & boystroise at times. Have lots of strength and courage.
Not exactly the same as a tomboy who is often more masculine on the outside, but not too girly either. Somewhere in between)
