The ultimate derogatory term for a profoundly selfish and ignorant person (usually male). This word is reserved only for most acutely abhorrent people. Etymologically derived from "toxic cunt".

bolly 

Typically a reference to Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier.

I'm afraid the best champagne they do in this bar is only bolly, but it's pretty cheap at thirty eight quid a bottle.

lambfart

An extremely smelly and meaty fart produced after the consumption of large amounts of roast lamb. Often tinged with garlic and delicate undertones of carbohydrates (usually derived from roast potatos) this category of fart is as satisying to the issuer as it is utterly repulsive everyone else.

After Sunday lunch Tom and Dan's metabolisms raced to see who could produce the most offensive lambfart.
