Another term for a short bus, or any kind of vehicle used for the transportation of disabled, handicapped citizens. Seeing as how retards are JUST NOW being mocked, anyone handicapped can be considered a retard, although this is often very prejudgmental.

Silly pronunciation of the word "retarded". Although supposedly said in this way by a mentally-retarded person, it can be used for random obvious purposes considering its meaning.

tojo

A racist term for a japanese person. Tojo was really the last name of a major figurehead of the Japanese empire during WWII, named Hideki Tojo. But during the 40's or perhaps before, this was taken up as a racist slang word against japanese. Tojo, like any other racist slur against japanese people, can also be used against a chinese or korean person, but it furthers ignorance of the sayer greatly.

wingding

A racist slur for a person of oriental heritage or nationality, including japanese, chinese or korean.

Wingdings is also a type of bizarre font used in Microsoft Word for PC. Lets hope that this name remains and resists politically-correct people who whine and bitch about how the word is really a racist slur.

Used in japanese language, after a person's name, often used to represent friendship or affection.

My recommendation is that you use it, sparingly, with a person of the opposite gender which you are attracted to, or already dating (for example). It should be used sparingly because he/she may not get it and may ensue egopatriotic attitudes against you for your multicultural behavior.
