Noddle is a verb of the act of nodding to what someones saying without actually paying attention to what is being said. Like when your talking to someone boring so you just nod and say uh-huh

A man or woman who act like thugs while actually being the exact opposite to the thug lifestyle. This trend originated on Instagram hence the name. These people are usually assholes
