Cape Rape

In Melee, and to a lesser extent Brawl, when Mario swings the cape around to either:

A. Deflect a fully charged Samus ball
B. Deflect a Fox/Falco after theit up+b recovery rocket
C. Basically anytime the cape is used for tactical advantage

hazard pass 

A term used to describe a dangerous pass of a blunt that may end up with the blunt being dropped and weed lost

Scott hazard passed me the blunt over the edge. I told him next time to step away from the balcony when he passes it.
