When you're so obsessed with a piece of media that you start pointing out useless things. Derived from a popular tweet about Encanto that said, "I never noticed she was holding a plate with corn in this scene."
Not to cornplate but the thing in the bg in the mirror is a metaphor for how this character feels like the only person she can trust is herself and she's carrying the weight of every problem she's ever had because she can't bare to show any kind of weakness

The term derived from an Encanto fan account, in which they tweeted a screenshot of the movie captioned "I never realized she was holding a plate with corn in this scene", hence the term "cornplate".

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.

murderhobo
In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.
The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
