Renderite 

Infinitely strong and malleable material most commonly found in 3D renders of architectural projects, but not exclusive to them.
Can be used with no regards to the laws of physics, economics, or well-being of the engineers that have to build it.
The finished product (if it ever happens) will never look the same.
Turns out they designed the building with Renderite, so that majestic floating wavy roof is just a flat sheet with a bunch of pillars now.
