Most literally Qatar advertising the Q-Suites for business class flights, only for the customer to find that they will be in the old substandard business class cabin.

Otherwise known as the classic bait-and-switch

“I’ve been Qatared- I booked a Q-Suites flight to Doha and they’ve changed it to old Business class”

“Did you see that new steakhouse advertising Wagyu beef has downgraded it to regular steaks? They’ve absolutely Qatared us”

A name given to many of the freelance lunatics who are wrecking the entire libertarian movement. This includes so-called "anarchists" and others who call themselves libertarians but who would really fit in better in the Democratic party or an insane asylum.

The term also describes Libertarian Party members who actually believe their group can win the presidency.

A synonym for calling someone a Big Fucking Slut.Used when your maybe around grown ups or cant swear in the setting your in, so you call them a paper chaser.
Taken from "Live Your Life" by T.I and Rihanna, where it sounds like Rihanna says big fucking slut, but she actually says paper chaser.
