MCBP je každá žena s dětmi, která má muže, kteří s ní chtějí mít pohlavní styk. Termín se také někdy používá k popisu žen nad určitým věkem (30 nebo 40+), které samy nejsou matkami, ale jsou považovány za sexuálně atraktivní, a mají také muže, kteří by s nimi chtěli mít pohlavní styk.
