Bandfags are people who participate in school bands who only hang out with other people who participate in school bands.
Most bandfags are bland and boring to speak to. The average conversation between one bandfag and another consists of talking about band camp and other band activities. Bandfags often only do band related activities, form band families and worship their upperclassmen as gods. Bandfags often have little to no friends outside of band and form tight band only cliques talk about band.
