Someone who has obvious hygiene issues, this person never shower, never brush their yellow teeth and acts like a parasitic rat. He continuously irritates people as blows his disgusting breath into people's faces and is rarely seen because he hides in the sewers.

He's like xutav, smells like shit and lives off other peoples taxes.
