one who is a cop-out or a "pussy", however, the term pussmonger is more derogatory and compelling than pussy, referencing to this friend not only being a pussy, but a monger of that pussy is a low blow, as he completely embraces it, causing him to lose all masculinity.

"God Dammit Joel! Just eat the cheese, quit being such a damn pussmonger!"
