work-tarded

An unemployed person who seemingly has average or more intelligence but is completely useless and untrainable at all types of jobs/occupations or anything work related. Having absolutely no job skills whatsoever.

Joe: "Hey man, why do you let that freeloading loser stay with you? Tell him to get his lazy ass out there and get a job."

Adam: "Nah dude. Tommy's cool... He's just a bit work-tarded is all."
