Womanchild 

Someone who is extemely attractive, smart, funny, super cool, awesome and all around crazy good at everything. Very few people are womanchilds and become easily jealous of any womanchild.

Pat - You're fat. Ohhhhh.

Katelyn - No I'm not, I'm a womanchild.

Pat - Oh yeah, wow you're legendary!

Katelyn - I know.

Womanchild 

A woman who acts like a child. This is a female version of a manchild. Sometimes, this word can be used interchangeably with Karen.

I can't believe womanchild characteristics in her still exist.
