2) someone who is more interested in texting on his/her phone than talking to the person they with

guy 1: "Is Charlie coming tonight?"
guy 2: "Charlie? No way, man - that fucking wifanker doesn't go anywhere there's no free wifi"

2) "I love this place - no fucking wifankers around - just people conversating"

3) girlfriend to girlfriend:

gf1: "So, how was your new date last night"
gf2: "What a waste of time - he turned out to be such a fucking wifanker"
