IRC command. Along with /operwall, /wallops (message) sends a message to all operators on IRC.

They were originally publically visible and intended to be used for disaster announcements and the like, but have been abused to the point where now they are operator only.

An exclamation word, not a noun or verb etc. It is a word that is shouted in excitement. Often times when words just can not describe your true elation. Wallop is occasionally a substitute when shouting infidelities is not needed or appropriate. Mostly used in Canada.

The only example is the word itself.
