a veg head is a vegetarian, i get called a veg head alot because i am an herbavore. but yes. veg head=vegetarian. so people call your vegetarian friends veg heads. haha

When someone (usually regular marijuana user) won't do something because they would rather be sitting on a couch/chair/recliner/futon etc. doing the exact opposite of what you are asking them to do.
