Vaginacinity 

The anatomical area outside of the vagina, including the external genitalia and bilateral vagpits. More simply, the vaginal vacinity.

Example 1:
Gynecologist, on physical examination - "I am really seeing a lot of swelling to your left vagpit, Karen. Have you noticed pain in your vaginacinity recently?"

Example 2:

Vaginismus 

Involuntary muscle contractions of the pelvic floor muscles. Treatment options vary, most common is PT through a pelvic floor or sex therapist.
Common symptoms are painful intercourse or being completely unable to have intercourse, "hitting a wall."
