Upper 90

A term commonly used in american soccer to describe the top left or top right portion of the goal. It is the shape of a corner so it is a 90 degree angle, hence the name upper 90.

Upper 909

The portion of the 909 that includes Claremont, Upland and parts of Rancho Cucamonga. West of the 15 Freeway, north of the 10 Freeway. The 909ers that live there by default, but do not fit the 909 stereotype that is well earned by people in places like Fontucky and Rialto. Generaly divide their time between driving into Los Angeles and making explanations for their lower class friends who live in Ontario.

Jesse Wagner (of The Aggrolites): "Where you guys from?"

Jesse: *rolling eyes* oh
Us: No, no, no...I'm from Claremont, he's from Upland
Jesse: OH!!! Upper 909.... why didn't you SAY something???
