some update whores are a long range from tennagers with gf's / bf's kids who just got a facebook and dosent know what an update whore is or an lonely person who dosent have a life and all there updates are farm-ville

A person who would sleep with a fat ass to get an update on a story they are reading. Most commonly found update whoring about shitty pieces of shit writing that some 12 year old queer wrote filled with yaoi and lemon.

Jessica is such an update whore, she slept with me for an update.

Whore Update 

A Whore Update (often used with exclamation points: i.e. "Whore Update!") is a term for an update/post online, often on a social networking site from either a male or female (usually female) exhibiting their wares (sexually). This can be done through seemingly innocent posts in order to disguise the whorishness of the poster. Example: Here is my new puppy (photo of puppy and cleavage). Whore updates from more brazen individuals will be pictures displaying "outfits" "swinwear" and/or blatantly provocative poses.

Note: This can be used in any medium whether it be print, textual, video, photos, or other media. However, currently most whore updates are through photos.

Most picture posts on Facebook are whore updates.

Many whore update photos are taken in the bathroom or at parties.
