A phrase used to designate your guess who the highest ranking redneck in any group of rednecks is. Can be used to deem the "leader of the pack" or one with the highest of redeck credentials.

Look at that man over there. His mullet has to be at least 9 inches in the back. He has to be the ultimullet!

The Ultimullet 

The Ultimullet can be described as a mullet style haircut; somewhat short on top, long in the back, but in epic fucking proportions. The Ultimullet is the antithesis of grace and style, especially since it originates on the head of a 60 year old woman. This magnificent mullet cannot be seen on multiple individuals, it is a singular entity, and as such should only be muttered with extreme reverence to its originator.

Did you see that lady's haircut? It was the ultimate mullet. Check that...that shit was The Ultimullet.
