A word used to describe the process a person, particularly a female, undergoes when a particularly pleasurable sexual experience is recalled so vividly that a secondary sexual thrill is felt.

Every time my high school girlfriend sees me, she gets that look in her eye. When you have great sex, sometimes you can still get that twiddlepation years later.
