A super loser! A guy who couldn’t find his asshole with two hands and a flashlight. A dumb ass. Similar to calling someone as dumb as a bag of hammers. Sac is also reference to a man’s balls to add humour.

Look at Steve and Mike talking to those hot women. They think they are interested but really they think they are tool sacs.

toolsack 

a person who tries too hard to fit in, poses, is easily and obliviously used and is in general just a stupid fuck. so much to the point that this person isn't just a tool, they're equivalent to an entire sack of tool. therefore, they're a toolsack.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
