Titty Tag 

A game played where a small group of guys individually run behind a girl (preferably wearing a bikini) and pulling her top either up or down, revealing her tits to the other awaiting guys. The one to have pulled down/off the most tops in a certain time period (the time period is decided amongst those who are playing) wins.

The event in which you or the driver next to you is attempting to change lanes, but both vehicles either slow down or speed up which makes the lane change unsuccessful.

Both cars are side to side and move up and down, hence, "titty tag".
