A titty bumper is someone who is afraid of all contact sports. Often used as a word to describe football players who can't block good.
Pecker Olinger: "Hit somebody out there you bunch of titty bumpers!"
Football Player: "I'm not a titty bumper, I'm just hittin' him in the tittties!"
Football Player: "I'm not a titty bumper, I'm just hittin' him in the tittties!"
