a vehemently annoying person with no common sense, who often appears on internet message boards in communities like Youngstown, Ohio. Generally skanky in nature and appearance, including hygiene deficiency, the tinnydrop will seek to hide its' identity by posting anonymously. It's utter stupidity gives it away.
