The Penny Game 

A game where guys take pennies or other small objects and aim to throw them down girls' shirts. The hidden motive behind the game is actually because the game itself is actually a way to get to stare at girls boobs without getting labeled as a total perv.

Although Moniques boobs were an easy target, Jimmy was really just really playing The Penny Game so he could get a good look at them while he was "aiming".

the penny game is a game played by weed smokers

it is where you get a cup or glass or something along those lines and cover the top with rizzlas or what ever your prefared band of rolling pappers are put a elastic band over them to make the surface of the skins tight then place a penny on it (depending on ths size of your cup you may use a 2p if you are american a 5cent or nickel will do) the players then proceed to take a drag of the joint then burn a hole in the paper untill it falls if you join up a hole u have to take anouther go and there you have it the penny game
