The Geek Squad

1) A group of geeks that think they are cool, generally referring to those of the computer variety.
2) A certain group from MIS that hangs out at the IT desk all day and is harassed constantly into fixing people's ridiculous computer problems.
"Fuck, my computer's buggin' out again."
"Carolyn's on the Geek Squad, go ask her. She can fix it."
"Since when's the Geek Squad got a chick?!"

king of the geeks

The ultimate "nerd" or "geek". Not isolated to people with limited/poor social skills but also includes those with inflated senses of self-worth which thinly mask their deep self-loathing.

King of the Geeks has both positive and negative connotation.

Positive: Leader of Sport Fantasy League who understands all of the acronyms or "leader" of a super geeky group of people. These types are harmless and fun to laugh at/with.

Negative: Unsophisticated, inarticulate, unnattractive douchebags who invariably have a permanent "chip" on their shoulder and play out their life's frustrations on unsespecting innocent targets.
King of the Geeks (positive):

Jeff: "Dude, my fantasy baseball team is DESTROYING yours! I lead the league in BA, RBI's, OBP, OPS and SLG!!!! YESSS!!!!!

King of the Geeks (negative):

Candace is an unfortunately an eye sore whose outward offense is only matched by her inward void of a cavernous chill. She lacks intelligence, motivation, a sense of humor or any other redeemable quality. Oh and she's a total BITCH to everyone and complains incessantly.

I fear the geeks

When surrounded by geeks, you might text or bbm a friend to say you're surrounded by geeks or if you're really daring say it out loud.

Quite ironically it is a play on "I fear the Greeks, even those bearing gifts" from Virgil's Aeneid and one would generally have to be quite clever (or geekish) to know that. A phrase common among public school chaps in England.
geeks: it's really good fun, here, like star wars.
normal person: Ok, right
geeks: (chanting) join us, join us...
other normal person: I fear the geeks!

revenge of the geeks

generic form of 'revenge of the nerds' to which a film was NOT made with the same title.
revenge of the geeks is to 'revenge of the nerds,' kind of like what 'Mac and me' was to 'E.T.' only without the film...

The Geeks

My band, for the most part we can't play instruments bar the drummer. We were going to be called The Lismuse Dashers, however we were amused by the American preoccupation with dividing teenagers into little social categories like 'jocks' and 'geeks'. Seeing ourselves to be the complete anti-thesis of the traditional view of a 'jock' we toyed with the name 'The Anti-Jocks' before settling for the simpler and easier to remember 'The Geeks'. Due to the fact that we know that this name will inevitably have been done before due to its sheer obviousness, we will probably change the name back to The Lismuse Dashers once we can actually play instruments. Despite our lack of musical talent, we have successfully written a song called 'I Fucking Hate My Parents', Original, isn't it?
Duuuuuuuuuuuude, The Lismuse Dashers (formerly The Geeks), totally rocked at that sold out gig at Wembley Arena last night! Everyone was moshing to 'I fucking Hate My Parents'!

Birds And the Bees For The Freaks and Geeks

Phrase popularized by 21th century comedian Israel Pariah.

In which he was referring to dropping knowledge on a subject that isn't only about sex.

In other words schooling somebody and teaching them something as if it was a parent teaching their kids about sex.
