the away game

When someone on MSN messenger (or other instant messenger systems like AIM) pretends they are away because they don't want to talk to you, but still want to talk to some people. Basically, it's the less rude form of blocking, but when you block someone they can't see you if you're on.
Damnit, she's playing the away game on me! What did I do wrong? :'(

give the game away

To expose how something really works. Usually refers giving away the game that one’s self relies on. Like holding your own Wizard Of Oz curtain open just a little so everyone can see what’s behind it. Normally it’s accepted that one would not want to give the game away.
Fox News embraces nazis because it’s part of their audience and part of where they’re headed, so when a nazi comes on their show and directly spouts nazi propaganda, they get nervous and suppress some of what the nazi is saying because they want to bring a voice to nazis but they don’t want to give the game away, meanwhile nazis freely give the game away because they have little tact in delivering their message.

OpenAI has given away the game

Says the article. They're talking about how they called Scarlett Johansson and asked to use her voice so they went ahead and just... You know... Used a voices that is almost virtually identical....
Hym "Yeah, like... I don't know what part of 'THEY LITERALLY STOLE THE A.I.' You dipshits don't seem to understand. I mean, you let them steal my likeness... You let them steal A.I.... THEY JUST GET TO DO THIS NOW! You set a precedent by letting them do it to me. It doesn't matter that you don't like the fact that I would murder your kids for 3 slices of cheese and a diet soda... They get to take your likeness. They get to steal from you things UP TO AND INCLUDING THE LITERAL CREATION OF A.I. And now.... They can do THIS. See how that works? So, they steal ScarJoh's voice. Maybe they decide they want to do like a Cortana type thing and they want to give it a face... They got caught doing the ScarJoh voice... They'll have to be sneaky next time... So maybe some random model gets her face stolen. It's... I... Did I not explain this correctly? You see how that is entirely your fault, right? 'OpenAI has given away the game' is the name of the article. Look it up."

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
