The rate at which one moves objects with one's mind.

example of telekinetic velocity: When typing, your thoughts go to your fingertips, fingertips to keyboard, to send button, the thoughts are converted to electrons, and sent through cyberspace. The objects you moved with your mind were the electrons through cyberspace.
