To create a scam, or defraud somebody through an existing scam for financial gain. As in, "pull a stormpay".

"They said the Prince of Nigeria would hook me up, but once I sent the fee they pulled a stormpay!"

"We all chipped in $50 to guy starting the Save The Kittens and Rainbows charity, then he up and pulled a stormpay on us!"

Stormpale

The pale color that a person turns when they’ve been indoors for way too long, like when the weather is really bad for too long a time. Often used to describe gamers who don’t go outside for a prolonged period.

That guy was Stormpale. He must have been stuck indoors with the bad weather.
