Derivative of the more common "sokay" or "it's okay"
Used in a jokingly condescending
tone, when it is actually NOT OKAY. Used to place guilt onto the
person.
Normally used in a high pitched, falsetto voice, and often dragged out, or said quickly two times (
ex: "sooooookay" or "SOOKAY! SOOKAY!"
"Oh, you
don't want to hang out? SOOKAY!, SOOKAY!.. I go
alone, Sooookay"
"You're seriously going to buy an Xbox One instead of
PS4?, you must enjoy basura. SOOOKAY!"
