The act of smelling and shaking one's head in awe of the joy gained. There is also a nibbling action made without actually touching the food. It is quite fun to look at someone do. It almost resembles an elegant rat trained in the fine arts. This pertains to food.

The Dutch love to smibble their cheese whenever they have the chance.
