She’s so pretty!!
She must be a Sloane Osterfeld

sloane ranger

A young steretypically blonde woman who likes hanging out in Chelsea, primarily on the Kings road in London.

She is generally public school educated and her most popular university choices are either Oxbridge, Bristol or Edinburgh.

In the late 90's this woman would not be seen without her pastel pashmina.

Being called a Sloane ranger indicates that you are of a generally reasonable class level, however, it also indicates a certain vacuousness/air-head like attitude and snobbishness.
Check out the Sloane Rangers in Henry J Beans on the Kings road.

Camp Sloane

A summer sleep away camp nestled in the Berkshire Mountains in Lakeville, CT. Sloane consists of 4 age groups for both boys and girls: Pios (Pioneers), Juniors, Seniors, and Students. The girls sections are located up the hills near the nature and high ropes courses. The boys sections are right near the lake. Campers sleep in platformed, canvas tents every night and once a session take portable tents to various camp sites for 'overnights.' Every session, there are talent shows, square dances, and depending on age group, co-eds. Camp Sloane offers 2 week sessions, but campers can stay for up to 8 weeks. After meals, campers chant cheers according to their age groups. The counselors are almost 90% international, and are among some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Camp Sloane is really a "place to grow."

A Sloane is anyone who involves themselves in the “wild” public school* social life, and has a little too much money to burn. Traditionally, the Sloane is female, but nowadays males have been welcomed into the category, with their own distinct form of Sloaneyism. Sloanes tend to spend much of their free life mindlessly wandering up and down the King’s Road and the immediate area of Chelsea, making use of a specialist tool known as “Daddy’s Credit Card” with the traders of the area.

* A public school is a paid-for educational institution, often with boarding houses. The idea behind them is that someone pays for you to gain a superior education, which allows you to earn plenty of money to get your children a superior education, which allows them to... etc. etc. until one of your offspring blows all his money on a twin-engined chocolate orange making machine
typical Sloane conversation:

"Felicity- ought we to tell Poppy-Mae that her earrings are only half a carat? She may make an awful faux-pas..."

"best not, Constance...she may tell Alexander, and then Daddy will never let us go to the Gymkhana this weekend."

Sloane Ranger

The term "Sloane Ranger" (often pluralised to just Sloanes) refers to the lifestyle of upper-middle class young women living in West London. It was coined by British author Peter York in his book the Official Sloane Ranger Handbook (co-authored with Ann Barr). The term combines "Sloane Square" (an area of London where these women would typically live or hang out) with "Lone Ranger." The term is now applied to men as well as women. Beware: it can be used as a slur.
The archetypal Sloane Ranger was Lady Diana Spencer before her marriage to Charles, Prince of Wales.
