shitbag stew

A mexican soup known as menudo. It is made from cow intestines and stomach tripe hence the nickname - shitbag stew. It is legendary for curing hangovers. It is an aquired taste and usually only enjoyed by hispanics.

I am so hung over from that New Years Eve Party. I hope Grandma Maria has some shitbag stew left.
