Def. 1 - Filthy hands. Usually applied to one who may be touching or using something that doesn't belong to them.

Def. 2 - A glommy, or contemptible person. One who hangs around where they aren't wanted. Akin to "third wheel".

Ex. 1 - Keep your dirty shit hooks off my porno mags.

Ex. 2 - I was gonna buy us a good movie to watch tonight on PPV, but Shit Hooks over there won't go home so we can enjoy it.
