A disparaging remark toward a woman that is much harsher than just "whore" (i.e., a shit ass whore is a prostitute who doesn't wipe her butt after defecating). Can be preceded by "fucking" for maximum effect.

Don't worry about her, man. She's a fucking shit ass whore. You can do much better.
