Screen time

A new feature on apple devices that allows parents to limit screen time for there kids. A retarded feature used mostly by adults to put into kids devices because kids “use them too much” fuck who ever made screen time.
Oh I can’t do that cause I have screen time
My parents put screen time on my phone

Oh I didn’t respond to the text because of screen time

Screen Time

A terrible feature that takes away kids/teens happiness and freedom.
Alexi: Wanna play roblox?
Stormi: Sorry dude I have Screen Time.

Screen Time

Screen Time is a word used to describe what parents try to fucking end all teenager's enjoyments because adults are dumbasses. Often used by parents to annoy the hell out of kids and fear monger any potential harm to their kids ("hurts

their eyes" "make them violent and cause school shootings" "make their brains rot out") and other shitty fake news.
Mom: "Jimmy, get off your Xbox! And what ever that stupid game is about the wild west! Your two seconds of Screen Time is up!"
Jimmy: "Fuck you Mom! You're a fear- mongering soccer mom bitch!"

Screen Time

Use of a computer, iPod, TV, etc. Hated by parents but loved by kids/teenagers.
Mom: Go get some exercise
Kid: no way, I'm too busy with this epic screen time!

screen time

The opportunity to negotiate for extra hours of screen time from parents, akin to spotting parking spaces for a driver. It requires keen observation and timing to seize the moment when parents are less vigilant or distracted.
My little brother has mastered the art of screen time; he knows exactly when Mom is busy and swoops in for an extra hour of gaming on Roblox!

screen time inflation

The phenomenon where you want to be able to have more and more screen time whilst still having screen time limits imposed by parents remain equally strict. This is mainly caused by constantly subscribing to new YouTube channels, which does not show maturity in limiting your own screen time. Rather, it tells the YouTube algorithm that you're willing to have more hours of YouTube per day even though you may "only" do this as a mere digital form of "tipping". It's akin to the akcual inflation, where prices and cost of living increases significantly whilst your wage remains equally low.
Ever since Jamie started subscribing to all those YouTube channels, his screen time inflation has skyrocketed; he wants to watch more videos but still has to stick to the equally strict limits set by his parents.

screen time rebel

A person who grows up with screen time limits for YouTube imposed by parents, but the same person doesn't want to impose the same screen time limits on their own future children. Persons like this are usually born from the first generation to grow up with YouTube, i.e. Generation Z (born 1997~2012).
As a screen time rebel, I remember how strict my parents were about YouTube, but I want my kids to explore and enjoy content freely, just like I wish I could have.

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
