1) a last name from Prussian/Polish heritage,the people are usually found in Chicago or the Carolinas ,these people really like to party , they are also very gifted and creative people

Schiggenbörger is a philosophical construct to those enjoying their late night drink. Similar to religions, one might encounter the Schiggenbörger late at night in a dark alley, as an angelic projection.

Mostly encountered after too many drinks.
