The name Rukiye is a Turkish name that Turkish people would use to name their daughters. They are usually amazing, beautiful and got the best heart! She may look like she doesn't care but they're actually just too good to not show it! Once she likes someone, she's dedicated and won't easily get over them. She is also the best-est friend you could ever ask for, always there to give you advice and to make you laugh. Never let go of a Rukiye because that would be a pretty bad mistake.
