you kick a basketball at a window and claims that the ball bounced off your foot while falling, thats romanoly.

had all your birthdays at a cubs game but clami your a sox fan, thats romanoly.

Describes someone who is like an ancient or modern Roman, (in culture, values, beliefs, mannerisms & patrioticism).

'That Italian on the AS Roma soccer team wasn't from Rome, but was so Romanly: he was just like a Roman, because maybe he inherits it from his ancient Roman ancestors.'
