A person who instead of picking on a race of people, pick on people from a region

1.The common belief that being from a certain region makes one better than another.

2.The belief that being from another region means one has a harder life than another.

"Southerns get on my nerve when they say it's cold. Y'all don't know struggle. Has snow ever been up to yo knees?? Aww, okay region privilege is terrible."

Example:Avid dislike for people in the sun belt with thier southern drawl does not make you a racist It makes you a regionist

Regionacist 

A person with views based on region. A lesser extent of racism.
And separation of race.

Southerners dislike New Yorkers because they have no southern hospitality.

HQ: His mom doesn't like me man.
JP: Why is that?
HQ: Just because I'm from a different region.

regionalism

A paradigm in which the older ideas create the newer religions; for instance the Christian religion.

The messiah is from Ashavism an idea from Iran.

It predates Judaism by more than fifteen hundred years. The reincarnation of the Ashava in Christianity is an example of regionalism at hand.
