When you shove a cup really hard through a cows udder, that then comes out full of bloody, gross, pink milk. Thats what they call a red milkshake.

It is the product of ramming a glass into the udder of a cow. This results in the blood coming out of the udders along with the milk, hence being called a red milkshake

guy 1: hey, why are you shoving the glass up that cow's udder?
guy 2:I have a hankering for some red milkshake
