Similar to "Retweet"

The act of reposting a clever, interesting or funny comment from someone else's Facebook page and passing it off as your own.

This phenomenon is often observed after a widely commented on, important or tragic event occurs.

Example 1:

I will Rebook that post since it was such a great idea.

Example 2:

Person A: Man, I posted that joke about Bin Laden hours ago! Everyone is copying it!
Person B: Sorry dude, it's been Rebooked 100's of times now...
Person A: Fuck you mean?

The day after Patch Tuesday (The second Wednesday of the month in months that don't start with Wednesday). The day you have to reboot your computer for the patch to be installed on your computer.

courtesy reboot

The courtesy reboot occurs when you are using your computer for a time-sensitive purpose, such as writing a report or making a presentation in a meeting. Without notice or even a BSOD, your screen blanks out and your computer reboots. On restart you frequently receive a cheery "update installed!" message, which makes your blood boil.

Presenter: Now let's take a look at the FY09 budget numbers, which we need submit in the next 20 minutes.

(Screen blanks out)

Attendee: Looks like you're going to have to wait for that courtesy reboot first, pal.
