A person who is willing to accept less of anything that is due to him or her. The definition is based on the punch line of the following joke:

Q: "What is a QUARTERSEXUAL?"

A: "A person who will do anything for 25 cents!"

A Quatersexual: is when a straight male, or female is also interested in transsexuals sexually. Yet the individuals do not identify themselves as bisexual, due to the lack of homosexual interest in non-transgender males and females.
