The overwhelmingly horrifying deformation that occurs when a man or woman is so incredibly fat that their lower back forms an entirely separate set of ass cheeks above the normal ones, thus leading to the appearance of having another ass resting on top of the real one.

Quadrasshole 

Someone who is being double the asshole. The term is derived from ancient Latin used by roman senators to describe 4 butt cheeks and only 1 asshole.

I was talking to this guy and he put his headphones while i was finishing my sentence, he tried to be an asshole but now he's a quadrasshole
