“Pulling a Luis” is the action of rarely showing up to band related events due to you just not wanting to go, sleep, vacation, etc. all your peers in you’re section are mad at you for rarely showing up.

Person 1:” Damnit, he isn’t here again. This is the third time this week that I’ve been the only trombone”
Person 2: “ I think he is Pulling a Luis”
