its when people don't talk about past relationships and keep it secret because they did something so terribly wrong and horrible they know that no one else would ever date them . it could even lead to prison time as well. maybe not all their relationships in their past will be private but they sure do have some they dont want to tell anyone.
i don't want to talk about my past, that's not me anymore, i'm different. private past relationship.
